Michael Jackson has reportedly made a series of strange demands for his comeback shows at London’s O2 Arena.
His latest demands? A children’s choir made up of little ones who can sing while using sign language with exact equal representation of white, black, mixed race and asian children.
The request also includes six marching drummers who are “young adults and clean-cut”.
Sources close to promoters AEG said: “Normally when we cast choirs for acts, it’s quite a laborious task – but in this case it’s proving a near impossibility.”
“Promoters are desperate to keep Jacko happy and their pulling out all the stops to make it happen, but it’s a race against time.”
Earlier in the year Jackson was forced to postpone some his shows at the O2 Arena this summer. Jackson’s camp stressed the delay was not due to health reasons.
Fans with tickets to three of the initial concerts will have to wait until Spring 2010 to see him.
Jackson’s 50 date residency in London will run from July to February next year.
