Such a beautiful Crew! Ella, John Travolta, Jett & Kelly Preston
In what had to be be a very healing endeavor, John Travolta flew a jetliner of relief supplies to help in Haiti’s recovery.
John, piloting the craft, with wife Kelly Preston by his side, flew from Florida to Haiti on his Boeing 707 carrying four tons of Military Ready-to-Eat (MRE) meals, medical supplies and a team of doctors.
Travota’s jet is aptly named Jett Clipper Ella after John and Kelly’s two children Jett & Ella.
Says Travolta:
“We have the ability to actually make a difference in the situation in Haiti. I just can’t see not using this plane to help.”
John, Kelly, and daughter Ella Bleu (9) have lived for the most part ‘under the radar’ since Jett passed away from a seizure last January in the Bahamas.
Jett and his father John loved flying. The Buzz team believes Jett was an angel on Captain Travolta’s shoulder during that flight. We’re certain both John & Jett are extra-special angels to the Haitian People.
We hope the relief mission to Haiti brings some additional healing to the Haitian People and the Travolta-Preston family – we salute you John, Kelly, Ella and Jett along with the incredibly strong people of Haiti, you humble us.
