Kristen Stewart is tired of talking about Twilight

Monday, October 12th, 2009

Stewart thinks talking about Twilight is boring because she has to talk about it all the time.

“The sad thing is that I feel so boring because Twilight is literally how every conversation I have these days begins – whether it’s someone I’m meeting for the first time or someone I just haven’t seen in a while.

The first thing I want to say to them is, ‘It’s insane! And, as a person, I can’t do anything!’ But then I think to myself, G*d damn it, shut the f*** up.”

Buzz says, “I bet you don’t hate on your paychecks.”

Howard’s film credits include “Terminator Salvation,” “Spider-Man 3,” “Lady in the Water” and “The Village.”

E! News reported scheduling conflicts are to blame for Lefevre’s departure after the second installment of the franchise, “The Twilight Saga: New Moon,” which is to open in U.S. theaters Nov. 20.

“We are incredibly happy that Bryce has agreed to come into the franchise,” Erik Feig, president of Worldwide Production and Acquisitions for Summit Entertainment, said in a statement Tuesday.

However, Lefevre released her own statement Wednesday, expressing her surprise regarding the casting decision.

“I was stunned. I was fully committed to the ‘Twilight’ saga, and to the portrayal of Victoria. I turned down several other film opportunities and, in accordance with my contractual rights, accepted only roles that would involve very short shooting schedules.”

“My commitment to ‘Barney’s Version’ is only 10 days. Summit picked up my option for ‘Eclipse.’ Although the production schedule for Eclipse is over three months long, Summit said they had a conflict during those 10 days and would not accommodate me.

“Given the length of filming for ‘Eclipse,’ never did I fathom I would lose the role over a 10-day overlap. I was happy with my contract with Summit and was fully prepared to continue to honor it. Summit chose simply to recast the part.”
