Backstreet Boys member Brian Litrell confirmed that he has been diagnosed with the rapidly spreading flu.
In a Youtube video posted this week, Litrell informed fans of the news, while apologizing for a canceled show.
“The Backstreet Boys had a great event set up for this afternoon… where we were gonna get the chance to mingle with some of our fans, as well as raise money for breast cancer awareness.
Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with the swine flu yesterday (Sunday) and my job right now is to stay away from as many people as I can.”
“The guys (bandmates) have been looked at by a doctor and they’re also on preventative medicine.”
H1N1 or Swine Flu is a bit scary but it a good thing to note that this virus is not that very deadly.,, .
