Photographer Robert Rosen filed a lawsuit against Chris Brown claiming Brown’s bodyguard assaulted him.
Hmmmm, isn’t Rosen is the same guy who sued Pierce Brosnan for hitting him?
The first pitch was a strike, the Brosnan case was thrown out of court.
Rosen is now swinging at a pitch from March 13 when Rosen took Brown’s picture during a pickup basketball game at a Los Angeles gym.
Court documents say a Brown bodyguard:
“picked him [Rosen] up by his shorts and physically assaulted him.”
Hold up – what man admits publicly someone picked him up by the shorts? anyway….
Brown attorney Mark Geragos says, “This is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. He’s done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this.”
Really Mark? Well, maybe no one warned Rosen that taking pictures of celebrities was a potentially hazardous job. Oh yeah, Rosen is also suing the gym – maybe he’ll hit that one out of the park.
