Soulja Boy Arrested for Weed Possession

Tuesday, March 1st, 2011Christina Aguilera was arrested early this morning along with her boyfriend in Hollywood. Christina was arrested for public intoxication and her boyfriend was arrested for driving under the influence. Christina is the latest celebrity to go off the deep end after her horrible mess up of the Natinal Anthem at the superbowl.
Christina Aguilera was arrested at 2:45 AM and booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff’s substation on a misdemeanor charge.
Her boyfriend Matthew Rutler was also arrested last night at the same time for a misdemeanor offense.
According to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, Rutler’s bail was set at $30,000.
Law enforcement sources tell us Aguilera appeared to be “extremely intoxicated” and was “unable to take care of herself.” Just another case of a falling star ending up in jail.
Former NBA Star Stromile Swift arrested for aggravated assault
Tuesday, February 22nd, 2011Stromile Swift the #2 pick in the 2000 NBA Draft was arrested in Shreveport, LA after arriving at a woman’s home with a gun in his pocket only to find Shreveport Police waiting for him.
Law enforcement say the drama began on February 12 when cops responded to a vandalism complaint from a woman who said she’d been receiving threatening text messages from Swift.
While cops were conducting their investigation at the womans home Stromile Swift happened to drive up and emerged from his car with a handgun in his pocket.
Swift was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault and improper telephone communications both misdemeanors.
Stromile Swift signed a $22 million contract with the Houston Rockets in 2005. He was drafted second overall by the Vancouver Grizzlies in 2000. But he never lived up to the hype and now plays for the Shandong Lions of the Chinese Basketball Association. A far cry from the NBA.
Denver Bronco’s Lawrence Maroney busted for Drugs
Tuesday, January 18th, 2011Denver Broncos running back Laurence Maroney was arrested for possession of marijuana and unlawful use of a weapon.
Cops say while Maroney has a valid “Conceal and Carry” permit he was arrested for packing the gun while under the influence of drugs.
Lawrence Maroney was in a car with 5 other people late Monday night when cops say they observed “several occupants” of the vehicle smoking what was believed to be marijuana.
Five of the six people in the car were arrested and three firearms were discovered during the bust … including two handguns and a rifle.
Lawrence Maroney’s rep had released a statement saying, “Mr. Maroney was unlawfully arrested for possession of weapons. He holds a permit to carry a concealed weapon and he had his permit on his person when he was arrested.”
The rep added, “He was not arrested for any drugs nor was he involved in a high speed chase. He was released without being charged with any offense and we do not anticipate he will be charged with any criminal offense.”
Brett Farve’s sister arrested in Meth bust
Thursday, January 13th, 2011Brett Favre’s younger sister was arrested in a meth bust in Mississippi yesterday.
34-year-old Brandi Favre was busted after cops broke up a meth lab hidden in a condo in an upscale neighborhood.
Cops told WLOX, “We discovered the full lab in the bathroom; it was still cooking. I think we collected pretty close to ten grams of finished product, which, that’s a lot of meth.”
Brandi and 4 others have all been charged with manufacturing meth, possession of a controlled substance, transferring a controlled substance and generation of hazardous waste.
