Unlike her Gossip Girl character socialite Serena van der Woodsen, Blake Lively’s table manners are far from impeccable.
Says Blake of her personal eating habits, “At the end of the day I’m just a human eating my dinner and I’m a shy person and nobody wants to be looked at when they eat! I’m a messy eater. It’s odd to feel watched, and that’s something that’s been challenging for me to accept.”
Blake is the first to admit Serena’s dining style are polar opposite from her personal style. Serena is a polished, wealthy young perfectionist at the table and Blake is, well, not!
However, she hates the idea of fans getting a peak at her sloppy eating habits.
Miss Lively says of media attention while dining, “It’s odd when people look at you like you’re a zoo animal, when you’re eating dinner and they’re staring at you and then pull out their camera.”
Messy or not, we love you Blake!
